Refund & Warranty Policy

At Lauréle Lumière, we pride ourselves on the craftsmanship and quality of our pieces. To ensure your peace of mind:

  • Sterling Silver Rings come with a 6 month warranty, covering manufacturing defects only. This excludes damage due to wear and tear or customer negligence. If you experience a manufacturing fault within this period, we will gladly assist with a repair.
  • Gold Rings (solid or vermeil) include a 6 month warranty, also covering manufacturing defects only. We are happy to repair or replace your item (depending on the issue) if the fault is reported within the warranty period.

Please note that general wear and tear, scratches, bent bands, fading due to exposure, or damage from incorrect care do not qualify as manufacturing faults.


RETURNS

Each Lauréle Lumière ring is made to order, therefore:

  • We do not accept returns for:
    • Incorrect sizing selected by the client
    • Change of mind
    • Incorrect care or misuse of the jewellery

FAULTY ITEMS

If you believe your piece has a manufacturing defect, kindly email us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A description of the fault
  • Your proof of purchase

We’ll respond within 24 hours to assist you.


GOLD-PLATED JEWELLERY

Please note that gold-plated items are not solid gold and may naturally fade over time due to exposure to moisture, sweat, chemicals, and air pollution.

  • Lauréle Lumière is not liable for natural wear of gold-plated items.
  • Replating can be arranged with a local jeweller if needed.
  • We currently do not offer replating services.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Should you wish to cancel an order, you have a 48-hour window after payment is made. After this period, your order enters production and can no longer be cancelled.


REFUNDS & SHIPPING

Lauréle Lumière is not responsible for courier-related issues (loss, theft, or damage) once a parcel leaves our premises.

If you'd like to insure your parcel, please contact us before dispatch and we’ll provide a quote.
